This notice explains how PayrLabs Softwares Private Limited (“PAYRLABS”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use payrlabs.com, contact us, interact through WhatsApp, or respond to our campaigns.

PAYRLABS operates businesses and offerings across payments and fintech, HealthNEXAA, and NEXAA EDGE skills and careers. This notice applies to the PAYRLABS corporate website and related business-development communications. HealthNEXAA services may involve separate health information and are governed by the notices displayed on healthnexaa.com.

2. Data we may collect

Please do not send medical records, financial credentials, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the general contact form or WhatsApp.

3. How we collect data

We collect information directly from you when you contact us, submit or prepare an enquiry, call us, message our WhatsApp Business account, attend an event, or engage with our advertisements. We may also receive limited campaign and interaction information from service providers such as Meta or analytics providers, subject to your choices and their terms.

4. Why we use data

5. WhatsApp and Meta advertising

When you choose WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile information and message content are processed through WhatsApp and Meta under their terms. Do not use WhatsApp for sensitive information. If you opt in to marketing messages, we may send approved business messages and maintain a record of that choice. You may opt out by replying “STOP” or contacting us.

PAYRLABS uses Meta Pixel after a visitor accepts optional cookies. It may process device, browser, page-view, campaign and limited interaction information for measurement and advertising. We configure contact events by communication method only and do not intentionally send form fields or message content. Advertising tags remain disabled when optional cookies are rejected. We do not permit PAYRLABS advertising tools to receive HealthNEXAA medical records or clinical information.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, security, communications, analytics, advertising, customer-management and professional-service providers; PAYRLABS affiliates supporting the relevant enquiry; authorities where legally required; and a successor during a genuine business reorganisation. Providers may process data in India or other countries and are expected to apply appropriate contractual and security safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

7. Children and NEXAA EDGE

NEXAA EDGE may be relevant to learners under 18. A child should not submit an enquiry or consent to marketing without a parent or lawful guardian. Where an offering is intended for children, we will seek verifiable guardian consent and collect only data reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. We do not knowingly use behavioural advertising directed at children.

8. Retention

We retain enquiry and consent information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal requirements, dispute handling and suppression of opted-out contacts. Routine enquiries are reviewed periodically and ordinarily removed or anonymised when no longer needed. Contract, tax and statutory records may be retained for longer periods required by law.
